Your Time For Release!

The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.

Your Time for Release
There may be things that have you bound—a sickness, an addiction, an unexpected debt that won’t go away. You’ve tried to get free but nothing has helped. But God is about to step in and do what you can’t do on your own. It’s not too much for Him. He is saying to you what He said through the prophet Isaiah: “I’m announcing freedom for the captives. I’m announcing the good news of victory. I’m announcing that your time for release from darkness has come.” The sickness is not permanent. You are loosed from it. Depression is not how your story ends. You are loosed from it. You are loosed from the addiction, loosed from low self-esteem, loosed from the family turmoil. This is a new day, and God is doing a new thing. This is your time for release. You’re going to feel a supernatural strength, power that enables you to break bondages, favor that removes restrictions and catapults you ahead. You will rise higher, accomplish dreams, and reach the fullness of your destiny.
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that the power of Your declared blessing and favor over my life override anything that has me bound and imprisoned. Thank You that I can receive Your favor, freedom, and victory. I believe that Your supernatural power is breaking bondages right now. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

  Sovereign God, create in me a clean heart and cleanse me of all my sin. Give me an obedient heart and teach me to follow your laws and keep your commands. May all I do and say bring honor to your holy name. Thank you for the gift of your Holy Spirit and for your everlasting love. Amen.

Listen Up!

"After the earthquake a fire, but Adonai was not in the fire. After the fire there was a soft whisper of a voice."   (1 Kings 19:12) Listen Up! Listening is a lost art today. We can be so concerned about expressing our thoughts and opinions that we don't listen closely to others—or even to God. If we're not careful, distractions and busyness can drown out the voice that matters most in our lives, the voice of our heavenly Father. The good news is that you can learn to tune out the negative noise of the world and start listening for God's voice, for hopeful, positive, faith-filled thoughts. Be receptive and listen for His still, small voice on the inside of you. God speaks not only through the Bible but also through godly counsel and His Holy Spirit.
