HE IS WITH YOU!

                                              HE IS WITH YOU

No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.
—1 Corinthians 10:13 

When we’re in the midst of being tempted, God is with us. When you’re in the middle of losing your temper, having a bad attitude, fighting lust—whatever it is—God is right with you. His love for you does not change, and He is going to give you a way of escape as you keep clinging to Him in the midst of the temptation.

You may feel like you’re failing. You might be thinking, “Yes, I’m clinging to God, but I’m still sinning. My attitude is still bad. My words are still not fully in alignment with God’s love.” But if you’ll keep hanging on to God, if you’ll keep praying in the middle of the situation, God is going to strengthen you through the process, and you are going to overcome. 

God is perfecting us, and He is going to complete the work He started in us. Whatever temptation or challenge we’re dealing with, we will overcome it. God will make a way out. It may not happen in a moment. There may be a process involved, but we will overcome because we are born of His Spirit and victors in Yeshua.

Give Cheerfully!

        Give Cheerfully “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”  (2 Corinthians 9:7) When giving is done with the right attitude, it can be a gateway for God to move in significant ways in our lives. It is important to remember that it is not the amount we give that matters so much as it is the attitude that characterizes our giving. God loves it when we give out of a cheerful and grateful heart. God’s loving of a cheerful giver results in God taking action in our lives. Scripture states unequivocally that God will make all spiritual and earthly blessing abound to us so we can multiply our efforts for the kingdom. This is why I believe giving provides a major gateway for God to work in our lives, we can expect God to visit us.
